“SOCIALS” Cafe System Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to the entire system under the “SOCIALS” brand — the official website, mobile application, Telegram-bot and call-center (hereinafter referred to as the System) and determines the procedure for processing and protecting data received from the user. Using the System implies the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and its terms. If the user does not agree with the Policy, he should not use the System. The System is intended for customers of the “SOCIALS” cafe to order food. Within the framework of the System, the user (client): - views the menu and information about available dishes; - selects a dish and places an order; - tracks the status of the order and delivery; - contacts the support center or courier; - stores the history of orders; - receives notifications about the order. 1. Content of collected data 1.1. Account information during registration or authorization The user voluntarily provides the following: F.I.Sh., phone number, delivery address, e-mail, date of birth and other information as necessary. 1.2. Geolocation data If allowed — location is determined via GPS or network (for displaying nearby branches and delivery). 1.3. Technical data of the device Operating system version, phone model, etc. — to improve system stability and detect errors; 1.4. IP address To ensure user security, protect against regional restrictions and fraud; 1.5. Order history Used for user convenience, quick reordering, analysis of preferences and discounts. 2. Data processing, storage and deletion 2.1. Processing The Company processes only the data necessary for the provision of services and the operation of the system. 2.2. Protection The Company takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from dissemination and unauthorized access. 2.3. Storage The data is stored until the user profile is deleted or at the user's personal request, based on his consent. 2.4. Deletion The user may delete his data by deleting his profile. In this case, the Company will destroy the data or remove personal identifiers.
